Srushti deshmukh who is in her third year of engineering is already beginning to study for UPSC. When she graduated she was unsure if she was able to be satisfied working in an engineering position. It was later discovered that her dream job was within the civil service, and she decided to pursue this. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service and pursue an employment in the public sector. Her motivation was constant and she focused only on becoming the IAS officer. The job required to be an IAS officer takes more. Her plan was to complete her engineering classes and study for UPSC in addition to studying other subjects. Everyday, she set aside time to work on her preparation for the test. She completed her engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months and stayed away from social activities. Concentration is essential in order to succeed on this test. She is hoping to join a civil servant. She was extremely committed to passing the test and made a great deal of effort. Each day she would read the newspaper to keep up with current events. Also, she got lots of help online, by accumulating studying materials as well as watching Rajya Sabha TV.
